Match & Win is a promotion that gives you a chance to win amazing clubs prizes from all top 6 clubs, as well as other clubs amongst the Premier League, English Football League and Scottish Premier League, subject to availability. These range from a pair of VIP tickets for two, Matchday tickets for the 20/21 season and millions of £5/€5 and £10/€10 online shop vouchers.
The Match & Win promotion is open to anyone that lives in the UK or ROI and is over 18.
To enter simply buy any Match & Win participating promotional Cadbury product. Go online to www.matchandwin.cadburyfc.com and enter the barcode and batch code which can be found on the back of your promotional Cadbury product. You will then receive a score prediction (up to 4-4) for an upcoming game within the following game week. If you’re predicted score matches the real result that weekend, you win! This may be because you have entered twice today already, if so please try again tomorrow or it could be that you have entered in our Pre-Match draw phase (Game Week 1). The start of the 20/21Football season was delayed and therefore unfortunately we cannot offer you a game and score to match if you have entered between 22.08.20 and 16:59 on 28.08.20, but don’t worry you we will have received your entry and we will let you know by email if you are a winner in our Game Week 1 prize draw on 1st September 2020.

The main promotion period is open from 10:00 on 22.08.20 and closes at 17:00 on 15.11.20. All entries received between 17:00 on 15.11.20 and 23.59 on 21/05/21 will be automatically entered into a final wash-up draw to win £500/€ equivalent.
Proof of purchase and original packaging may be required to verify your claim – so don’t throw it away

PRIZE DETAILS, CLAIMING AND REDEMPTION
We’ve got three tiers of prizes available to be won.
Tier 1 –10x pairs of VIP tickets during the 20/21 football season! Each Experience will be tailored to the winner’s preference as much reasonably possible.
Tier 2 – A pair of matchday tickets (50 per fixture week, 500 in total). The match tickets will be allocated based on tickets available and the winner’s preferred team where possible.
Tier 3 – 1 of 679,949 £10/€10 Vouchers and up to 6,119,541 £5/€5 Vouchers for selected club shops available to be won throughout the promotion.
eVouchers are subject to the individual club shop terms and conditions on the eVoucher. eVoucher winners will receive their eVoucher code by return email within 28 days of the date of claim. Each eVoucher can only be redeemed once and then will become void. eVouchers must not be forwarded or shared. The full amount of the eVoucher must be used against one transaction and only one eVoucher can be used per transaction. eVouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or other eVoucher code. The VIP tickets Experience offers you the chance to watch a match in style. If you win, we will call you to arrange a match day experience for two people. We’ll pay for your transportation, accommodation, tickets and contribute to your food at the match and a whole host of added extras!

This means that you’ve entered outside of the promotional period. The good news is that there’s a final prize draw to win £500/€ equivalent, for anyone who bought a promotional bar and entered a barcode and batchcode between 17:00 on 15.11.20 and 23:59 on 21.05.21 and this is what you have been entered into. The draw will take place on 26.05.21. The winner only will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw date and will have 28 days to claim their prize from receipt of the winning email.
If your predicted result matches the real fixture score, you’ll have won one of the 3 tiers of prizes and will be contacted via email. We’ll let you know what you’ve won within 48 hours of the weekly prize draw, which takes place every Tuesday (excluding international break weeks).

Please remember prizes may take up to 28 days to dispatch from the date of us receiving a valid claim from you. If once 28 days has passed and you have not received your prize please check the inbox of the email address you entered with and also check your junk/spam folders. Vouchers may take up to 28 days from the date of us receiving a valid claim from you. Matchday Tickets and VIP Ticket experiences will be sent out from the clubs in the week ahead of the confirmed match. Matchday Tickets will be delivered the week of the match if you have not received your tickets 24 hours before the match then please contact us at Cadburyfc@mktg.com.com and we will arrange Ticket collection from the club. From time to time football clubs may not issue printed tickets, in which case you will be notified by email of this in advance and provided details of appropriate ticket collection points at the stadium.
If you win matchday tickets, you will be directed through to our Cadbury FC ticketing portal. Here you will be able to select your team of preference and all available home games for the selected team will be displayed. If no tickets are available for your selected team, you will be able to choose from another team and so on.
Please refer to clause 34 in long form T&Cs for certain requirements you will need to follow when choosing a match.
Unfortunately, you cannot swap your match tickets for another match once they have been confirmed. However, it is possible to transfer to a friend or family member at your discretion. Please note that tickets are not for resale.
Please find the deadlines for each tier of prize below:
Tier 1 – We will get in touch with you to arrange this prize, once contacted you will have 14 days to respond.
Tier 2 – You will have 14 days to respond to the email from Cadbury FC to claim your matchday tickets.
Tier 3 – You will have 14 days to follow the link in the email and claim your £5/€5 or £10/€10 vouchers.
If the match you have selected to attend is postponed to a later date in the season, Cadbury will communicate this via email. Your original tickets will either remain valid or the football clubs will re-issue printed tickets, which we will send to you.
Cancelled/behind closed doors
Please note that Cadbury is not responsible for any force majeure event (such as crowds not being allowed to attend live events) which would postpone or cancel your football tickets, if this should happen and have any queries in relation to this please contact Cadbury however we will use reasonable endeavors to notify you of any postponement/cancellation.
ON PACK CODES AND ENTRY MECHANICS
You must enter both the barcode and batch code which can be found on the back of your promotional Cadbury product. The barcode number is the 13-digit code directly under the barcode which is scanned in store. The batch code is a 10-digit alpha-numerical code found within the box on the back of your pack located directly under the “Best Before” date.
In some circumstances the batch code can be illegible or difficult to read. Please contact our customer care team here or call them on 0800 818181 & they'll be able to help.
It can be confusing as bars often feature many codes on the back of the pack for production reasons, check out the 'How it works?' section of the site where you will find instructions to find your codes. Please double check you are entering the correct code within the required form field.
